Who are we?<\/strong><\/div>\r\n

\r\n By God\u2019s grace, the Timothy Youth Fellowship (TYF) has catered for the\r\n young people in our church community for many years. Today, TYF is a\r\n fellowship targeted primarily at youth of high school age. The\r\n fellowship name draws inspiration from 1 Tim 4:12\u2026 \u2018Don\u2019t let others\r\n look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the\r\n believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity\u2019\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Our vision<\/strong><\/div>\r\n

\r\n Our vision is to provide opportunities for young people to develop and\r\n nurture a personal understanding and relationship with Christ through\r\n studying His Word, sharing, fellowship and life application. We hope to\r\n provide an environment in which young people can learn and develop their\r\n faith and relationship in Christ.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

What do we do?<\/strong><\/div>\r\n

\r\n TYF participate in many activities throughout the year, including Bible\r\n study, team games and outdoor and sporting activities. We also have\r\n monthly outings, such as bowling, hiking and movies. We\u2019ve also\r\n supported Christian initiatives including World Vision\u2019s \u201940 Hour\r\n Famine\u2019, Samaritan Purse\u2019 \u2018Turn on the Tap\u2019 and \u2018Operation Christmas\r\n Child\u2019. Most of all though, we\u2019re about having fun as Christian brothers\r\n and sisters!\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
